Kelsey Bri Personal Training

Meet your coach

Kelsey Hendricks

A lifelong athlete, exercise-science professional, coach, and mother of three who believes fitness should help you move well, feel good, and build a life you can enjoy.

Her guiding principle

“I will not put strength on dysfunction.”

Form and individual problem areas come first, creating a stronger foundation for progress.

Built from experience

A lifelong relationship with movement

Lifelong athlete

Movement has been part of Kelsey's life through soccer, BMX racing, volleyball, basketball, ski racing, gymnastics, karate, taekwondo, Muay Thai, jiu-jitsu, and MMA training. She still plays adult recreational soccer and continues MMA training when life and schedule allow.

Service and leadership

She joined the Army National Guard at 17, served across the ARNG and IRR for seven years, and helped soldiers prepare for physical fitness and PT testing.

Applied coaching experience

Across approximately a decade of online coaching, one-on-one training, and gym-based coaching, Kelsey has trained and worked with hundreds of people pursuing fat loss, muscle gain, body composition, strength, consistency, and sustainable fitness.

A life in motion

As a mother of three, business owner, lifelong athlete, and the person helping run a busy household with multiple animals, Kelsey understands that fitness has to coexist with an actual life.

Coaching experience

Individualized coaching, real-world application

Kelsey has approximately a decade of online fitness coaching and training experience, and has trained and worked with hundreds of people across one-on-one personal training, online coaching, and coached group environments.

As a former Personal Training Director, she designed individualized workout programs and coached sessions in a model where people trained together while each participant followed their own plan. Her work has included individualized programming, progression, form guidance, accountability, and helping people build sustainable routines around real schedules.

Her experience also includes helping soldiers prepare for Army National Guard physical fitness testing and working with people pursuing fat loss, muscle gain, body composition, general fitness, strength, consistency, and long-term confidence.

Balanced fitness for real life

Kelsey's approach makes room for both goals and enjoyment. Rather than relying on over-exercising, under-eating, or removing everything you enjoy, coaching focuses on form, balance, confidence, and habits you can sustain.

She views fitness as a lifelong relationship rather than a final destination. Goals, priorities, training styles, bodies, schedules, and capacity change through different seasons of life, and her own goals evolve too. Right now, her personal focus is feeling healthy, strong, happy, and confident while choosing to train because movement adds something positive to her life.

Progress has more than one shape

One featured client experience, shared in their own words. Individual results vary.

“I had very little hope and confidence before joining this program. I could never find a good diet or workout plan where I could actually see and feel change. My results have been amazing and it has motivated me to keep going! One thing I'll take away from this experience is to have patience. Kelsey is awesome—there is nothing better than a trainer that is there for you every step of the way!”
