Privacy Policy

Version 3 · effective 10/14/2026

Last updated: October 14, 2026 Who we are KBRI Coaching is operated by KBri Coaching LLC ("KBRI", "we", "us"). This policy explains what information we handle through kbricoaching.com and the My KBRI member area, and how we use it. Questions: kbricoaching@gmail.com. Information we collect Account information - Your email address, an optional first/display name, and how you sign in (email and password, or Sign in with Google). Passwords are handled by our sign-in provider; KBRI never sees them. Products, access and payments - Which KBRI products you have (KBRI+, Everyday Wellness Blueprint, ELEVATE), when access starts and ends, and your subscription status. - Payments are processed by Stripe. Card details are entered on Stripe's checkout page and are never received or stored by KBRI. We keep Stripe customer, subscription and checkout identifiers, amounts, currency and purchase dates. Information you choose to enter in My KBRI - Goals and goal check-ins. - Progress entries and body measurements. - Progress photos. - Manual food/intake entries. - Weekly Check-Ins, which can include habits, workouts, energy, stress, sleep, nutrition habits, pain ratings and reflections. - Saved Library resources and email preferences. - Fitness Journal entries (titles, text, tags and prompts you choose). - Daily Wellness check-ins (mood, energy, stress, sleep, soreness, readiness and notes). Coaching clients (Everyday Wellness Blueprint and ELEVATE) - Onboarding questionnaires, including the PAR-Q readiness questionnaire and health history you provide, and your training and nutrition baseline (availability, equipment, dietary preferences, allergies). - The waiver and release you sign: your typed name, your acknowledgement, the version of the document you signed and when you signed it. - Baseline assessment answers and the movement assessment video you upload. - Coach responses to your submitted check-ins, and nutrition targets set for you by KBRI. Account and service history - Records such as when your account was created, when access started or ended, forms completed and check-ins submitted, and which policy versions you accepted. Electronic signature records - When you sign a client document electronically, we record your typed name, your acknowledgement, the exact document version and text you signed, the time, and the program it relates to. - For signatures made from September 29, 2026, we also record the IP address and basic browser/device description (user agent) your signature was sent from. This is kept as protected evidence of the signature, is visible only to KBRI's owner/admin, and is not used for advertising, profiling or tracking. Health and fitness information Some information you give us relates to your health — for example PAR-Q answers, pain and injury information, measurements, photos and assessment videos. We use it only to provide KBRI's fitness education and coaching services to you. KBRI is a fitness and coaching service, not a healthcare provider, and this information is not a medical record. Adults only KBRI is intended for adults 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. How we use information - To create and run your account and give you the products you purchased. - To coach you, where coaching is part of your program. - To show your own history and progress back to you. - To manage billing and access. - To send account and service emails (for example sign-in, password reset and purchase-related messages). - To provide support, keep the service secure and fix problems. Who can see your information - Other members cannot see your records. Each member can only access their own information. - Authorized KBri Coaching LLC owner/admin access: KBRI's owner (Kelsey) can access member information through KBRI's private admin area for legitimate business purposes — operating the platform, administering accounts and program access, providing coaching where it is included, reviewing coaching submissions, onboarding and assessments, customer support, security, troubleshooting and maintaining the service. Owner/admin actions are logged. - Fitness Journal entries and Daily Wellness check-ins are private to your account and are not displayed to coaches or administrators through the Command Center. Authorized access to stored information may occur when necessary for security, technical support, legal compliance, or other purposes described in this Privacy Policy. - Progress photos and assessment videos are stored privately and are only shown through short-lived private links. Offline use and information stored on your device - If you use My KBRI on a phone, tablet or computer, a copy of some of your own information is kept on that device so it can open without an internet connection. This can include your saved and planned workouts, workout history from roughly the last 90 days, the exercise list used by the Workout Generator, Fitness Journal entries, Daily Wellness check-ins and basic account and membership details. - Offline, you can only see information that was already downloaded to that device while you were online. Other information (for example Kelsey's Library, exercise videos, Weekly Check-Ins and billing) needs an internet connection. - Changes you make while offline are kept on the device until your connection returns, then sent to KBRI automatically. Until a change has been sent, it has not reached KBRI. If a change can't be sent, or the same item was changed on another device, it stays on your device and My KBRI asks you what to do. KBRI's normal account and membership rules apply when changes are sent, so changes made after your membership has ended may not be saved. - This copy is stored by your browser on your device. KBRI does not separately encrypt it, and anyone who can use your unlocked device may be able to see it. Avoid using My KBRI offline on shared devices. - Signing out removes your offline copy from that device. If some changes haven't been sent yet, you are warned first, and continuing permanently removes them. If you are signed out another way (for example your session ends) while changes haven't been sent, they stay on that device and are sent the next time you sign in there. - If another member signs in on the same device, copies belonging to other members are removed once they have nothing left to send. A copy that still has changes waiting stays on the device, kept separate, until its owner signs in again there or it is removed. - If your account is deleted, information KBRI holds is handled as described in "Your choices and requests". The copy on a device is removed the next time My KBRI is opened online on that device, or when you sign out. Changes that were never sent can no longer be saved and are removed. - Deleting the app, clearing your browser's data, or your browser removing stored data (for example when the device runs low on space) permanently removes anything on that device that hasn't been sent to KBRI yet. Service providers We use these services to run KBRI. They process information on our behalf only as needed to provide their service: - Lovable (Lovable Cloud): website hosting, database, sign-in, private file storage and account emails. - Stripe: payment processing and subscription management. - Google: optional Sign in with Google; web fonts are loaded from Google Fonts. - YouTube: videos in Kelsey's Library are embedded from YouTube and are served by YouTube when you load or play them. Integrations KBRI is not connected to MyFitnessPal or any other nutrition or fitness app. Food entries in My KBRI are typed in by you. If we add an integration in the future, we will update this policy before it is used. We do not sell your personal information. Marketing emails Marketing emails are optional and separate from account and service emails. You can turn them on or off in My KBRI Settings. They are never required to create an account, buy a product or use KBRI. How long we keep information We keep information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, maintain your account and history, keep coaching and program records where applicable, keep the service secure, resolve disputes, keep legitimate business records and meet legal and accounting obligations. Different kinds of information may be kept for different lengths of time for these reasons. Your choices and requests - You can view and update much of your information in My KBRI. - To request a copy of your information, or deletion of your account and personal information, email kbricoaching@gmail.com. We will handle requests manually. Some information may need to be kept where reasonably necessary or where the law permits or requires it — for example transaction and accounting records, signed agreements, security and fraud-prevention records, information needed to resolve disputes, and other legitimate business records. Security We use access controls so members can only reach their own records, private storage for photos and videos, and restricted owner/admin access. Information stored on your device for offline use is protected only by your device and browser; keep your device locked. No online service can guarantee perfect security. Changes to this policy We will post new versions here with a new effective date. Earlier versions, and which version you accepted, stay on record. Acceptable use Don't misuse the service, try to access other members' information, interfere with the site, share your account, or upload unlawful or harmful content. 12. Changes and availability We may update, add or remove features and content. We try to keep KBRI available but can't promise uninterrupted service. 13. Suspension We may suspend or close an account that breaks these Terms or is used to harm the service or other members. 14. Disclaimer KBRI is provided "as is". Results vary and are not guaranteed. To the extent the law allows, KBRI is not responsible for indirect losses from using the service. 15. Changes to these Terms We may update these Terms and will post new versions here with a new effective date. The version you accepted stays on record. 16. Governing law These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, United States, except where the law where you live requires otherwise.
