Mobility vs. Flexibility
Having range isn't the same as controlling it.
These words get used interchangeably, but they describe different things—and knowing the difference changes how you train.
The distinction
Flexibility
Available range of motion—often measured passively, like how far someone can move your leg for you.
Mobility
Your ability to actively access and control movement through that range, under your own muscular control.
